About Scholae
A complete student progress tracking system built from the ground up for Applied Scholastics schools — and ready for any learning center that shares the same mission.
The Name
Scholae is the Latin plural of schola — “a place of instruction, a gathering of teachers and students, a school of thought.” It comes from the Greek skholē, which originally meant “leisure” — that precious time held apart for learning, discussion, and growth.
We chose the plural because this system was designed not for just one school, but to serve an entire network of schools that share the same purpose: helping every student truly understand and apply what he studies.
One System — Many Schools
A single, secure, cloud-based platform powers every participating campus. Each school has its own private space for students, staff, programs, and data — separate from every other school, but allowing for an easy path for sharing and transferring students. All benefit from the same powerful tools, updates, and rock-solid Azure hosting.
Whether one learning center opts in or several hundred, Scholae grows with them without ever forcing them to manage servers, backups, or upgrades.
Built for the Way You Actually Work
From onboarding new families to tracking individual student programs, from daily attendance to long-term progress reporting — every screen was designed by someone who has walked the halls of an Applied Scholastics center.
“This system is designed to empower every Applied Scholastic training center to connect with and enroll remote students, leveraging the advantages of School Choice programs nationwide..”
— the developer is a former Applied Scholastics International staff member.
